This horizontal chicken feet peeler adopts a continuous rotary peeling structure. Through mechanical friction between the rotating peeling roller, rubber fingers and chicken feet, the loosened yellow skin is efficiently separated from the product surface.

Working Principle
After chicken feet are scalded in hot water, they are transferred into the feeding inlet of the horizontal peeling machine.
The motor drives the internal rotating shaft and peeling roller system. During operation, chicken feet continuously tumble and move forward inside the processing chamber.
The relative movement between chicken feet, rubber fingers and the rotating roller creates controlled friction, which removes the loosened yellow outer skin and residual cuticle.
At the same time, clean water spraying washes away removed skin particles and impurities through the drainage system.
After peeling, clean chicken feet are discharged automatically and transferred to the next processing stage, such as washing, chilling, grading or packaging.
